Required Documents:

Importer-Exporter Code (IEC) Certificate:

Issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT).

PAN Card:

PAN card of the business entity.

Bank Certificate:

A certificate from your bank confirming your business account details.

Cancelled Cheque:

A cancelled cheque from the business account for verification.

Address Proof of the Business:

Utility bill, rent agreement, or property documents showing the business address.

Digital Signature:

A digital signature certificate (DSC) for signing documents electronically, though not mandatory.

Registration Process:

Visit the APEDA Website:

Go to the official APEDA website (http://apeda.gov.in/) and navigate to the registration section.

Create an Account:

Sign up by providing basic details such as name, email ID, phone number, and business information. An activation link will be sent to your email.

Complete the Online Application Form:

Fill out the APEDA registration form with details such as company name, address, PAN number, Importer-Exporter Code (IEC), and other relevant information.

Upload Required Documents:

Upload scanned copies of the necessary documents, including:

Importer-Exporter Code (IEC) Certificate: Issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT).

PAN Card of the Business: Permanent Account Number (PAN) card of the business entity.

Bank Certificate: A certificate from your bank confirming the business account details.

Cancelled Cheque: A cancelled cheque of the business account.

Address Proof of the Business: Utility bill, rent agreement, or property documents.

Payment of Registration Fee:

Pay the prescribed registration fee online through the payment gateway provided on the APEDA website.

Verification and Approval:

APEDA officials will verify the application and documents. If everything is in order, the registration will be approved.

Issuance of RCMC:

Once approved, APEDA will issue the Registration-Cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC), which serves as proof of registration.

Start Exporting:

After receiving the RCMC, you can begin exporting agricultural and processed food products under the APEDA guidelines.
